Hi,
is there any way to upgrade my current abills 0.41b to 0.51 without loosing any info (clients, bills, reports etc.)

You should update your mysql database using this link http://www.abills.net.ua/wiki/doku.php/ ... elogs:0.5x from your version up to current, and then download current version of abills. Don't forget to make backup before the beginning.
