Is there any otp (2fa) support for radius?

I wonder if there is support for 2FA, I want to use for a small office with OpenVPN server + abills as radius server?
If there is could you please provide how to enable it?
I found the following link but can't be sure if it is what I am looking for? Also, the image is in Russian so I can't figure where to begin
