http/your.host/abills/admin ------ HELP

Hello every body.
I am new in abills. I have followed the installation manual on the web site Asmodeus. When I reach Abills installation, I hve activate the Webserver by edting the file httpd.conf, my host Ip adress is 192.168.1.80; then I input http://192.168.1.80/abills/admin ( as said in the manual) I got the eply that " Cannot find the URL"
