ping 9 -60 mc

интересний вопрос. карточка адр 192.168.1.120 когда поключитлся рррое пингую сервер 10.10.10.1 = пирг 9-12 маклемально 60 мс. карточке ставлю 10.10.10.110 = пинг < 1 Мс . почему как ? я так пониаю что но проходит через сервер и сервеаку надо время. как ето обяснить придурку.

Hello every body. I have the following problem with Abills. When the deposit is over and the subscriber is online, Abills is unable to cut the connection automatically. Does someone has suggestion about this situation? Please.
