Проблемы с добавлением трафика в интервалах 0.36 и отчеты

При установки версии 0.36 с cvs не получается добавить трафик в интервалах (все это в тарифном плане, ставится начисто + дамп от 0.36 abills.sql)

При установке версии 0.35 все нормально. С чем может быть связано?

И на сервере устанолен exim.
Каждый день приходят отчеты в ящик рута:
Тема: Mail failure - no recipient addresses
A message that you sent using the -t command line option contained no
addresses that were not also on the command line, and were therefore
suppressed. This left no recipient addresses, and so no delivery could
be attempted.

1 обновите базу сответсвенно с CHANGELOG
2 пропишите адрес админа в конфиге

Проблему 1 решил обновлением из файла СHANGES

Для exim вместо sendmail надо заменить в файле /usr/abills/Abills/Base.pm
такую строку
open(MAIL, "| $SENDMAIL -t $to") || die "Can't open file '$SENDMAIL' $!\n";
надо заменить на
open(MAIL, "| $SENDMAIL -ti") || die "Can't open file '$SENDMAIL' $!\n";

(у меня EXIM)
просьба к автору внести это куда-нибудь
в install.txt readme.txt - или как оно там
ну или в комментах в config.pl.default
