both problems are solved !
for first problem i had to uncomment line 335 and 383 in libexec/billd
for the second i returned value of Acct-Interim-Interval back to 300

Hi again :) i've configured rlm_perl and the process is real fast now - 5-6 sec. But i have 2 other problems now: - 1st -> i cant turn off periodic check in config.pl "$conf{periodic_check}=0;" , but it still check every 5 minutes and drop sessions. - 2nd -> i use 2 NAS Servers (Mikrotik) at the sec...

My settings at "System settings -> NAS" are:
- Authorization: SQL
- External Accounting: IPN
- Alive (sec.): 60
- RADIUS Parameters: Acct-Interim-Interval=300

Should i decrease value of "Alive" or "Radius parameters" ?
